We have opened BOMB BLAST CLAIM – HELP CENTER to help, guide, support and get claim from the Railway authorities/Railway Tribunal and the Government to the victims of 11th July 2006 bomb blast.  3 advocates have agreed to work on honorary basis (free of cost).  We have helped to get 73 affected persons of Mulund Bomb Blast (13th March 2003).

Request to consider the following points :

Ø      The claimant has to file the claim directly before the Railway Officer, Railway Claims Tribunal and the Collector.

Ø     Initially, simple application is to be submitted/ faxed to :

Ø      Officers for Government and Railway will contact you in person. 

 

Ø      Our office, Help Center will also contact you.

 

Ø      After few weeks, an official claim will have to be filed with the Railway Claim Tribunal in   

         detail form – Form 3 will be available in the Help Center office/will be sent to you on 

         request.  

 

Ø     Officials from the Claim Tribunal and also from my office will contact you for further   guidance.  After simple verification, ex-gratia payment will be released immediately.  

 

Ø     Subsequently, they will help you to file detailed claim to be filed with the Railway Claim Tribunal for total compensation :

NOTE: 

 

Bomb Blast victims eligible for 3 types of support in addition to normal insurance cover:

Ø      Compensation form Railway Claim Tribunal

Ø      State Govt. Financial Support upto Rs. 1 Lac  

Ø      Railway Minister special support of Rs. 5 Lacs for Death 

 

Insurance cover payment shall be separate from the above.

 

Help Center will provide help and support for all the above.

 

Ø      For State Govt. help - Application will be required to be submitted to Tahsildar / 

         Collector Office

 

Ø      For Railway Minister Special Support of Rs. 5 Lacs - Application to be submitted
