The progress report of Mithi River Development Work dated 30th April, 2006 submitted by the Project Director and Member Secretary, MRDPA is taken on record.  He has noted that the decision regarding rehabilitation of commercial PAPs whose area is more than 225 sq. ft. is under active consideration of the Government of Maharashtra and it is proposed to provide them a piece of land / plot in village Turbhe Mandale.  The assurance is also given by the Learned Advocated General that the State will take a policy decision in the matter and appropriate steps shall be taken.  For further report let the matter be placed before the Vacation Judge on 19th May, 2006 as well as on 31st May, 2006.
