Mithi River Development & Protection Authority (MRDPA),
C/o. MMRDA, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East),
Mumbai – 400050 has been constituted, we direct
impleadment of the said authority as respondent No.
12. Necessary amendment to be carried out
forthwith.
2. Mr.
K.R. Belosay, Assistant Government Pleader waives
service for newly added respondent – MRDPA.
3. Mr.
R.M. Sawant, Government Pleader prays for short time
for filling an Affidavit about the action/s that
have been taken pursuant to the orders of the court
and the present status of the plan of action.
4. The
respondent No. 8 Maharashtra Pollution Control Board
(MPCB) is also directed to file an Affidavit stating
therein the compliance of the directions given in
the order dated 31st August, 2005 and on subsequent
dates.
