for filling complaint before
The Consumer Disputes Redressal Forum
1.
If Your Claim is Upto RS. 5 Lakhs

3. If Your Claim is above Rs. 20 Lakhs:

National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission,

  Please Check Whether Your Complaints Covers Following Points:
  a) Name & Address of the complainant in full.
  b) Name & Address of the Opponent.
  c) When and where cause of the complaint arose ?
  d) Particulars of the complaint in detail.
  e) Relief prayed (such as Refund of Interest, Principal amoun . etc. physical / mental torture etc.). While asking for claims, the amount should be within reasonable limits.
  f) Copies of the relevant documents to be enclosed as Exhibits.
  g) Total value of relief claimed.
    Guidelines for investors who wish to complain:
1.   Kindly approach INVESTORS' GRIEVANCES FORUM only after you have contacted / written to the concerned company and failed to get a satisfactory response.
2. a) Send a letter of complaint in duplicate addressed to the Secretary. IGF in prescribed format
  b) Carbon copies marked to IGF will not be handled / entertained by IGF.
3.   Attach only XEROX copies of your correspondence with the Company / SEBI / BSE / RBI etc. plus XEROX Copies of Investment proofs, viz : Receipts/Certificates etc.
4.   It would take about 4 to 6 weeks to process your written complaint.
5.   INVESTORS' GRIEVANCES FORUM (IGF) has been set up for guidance / help to individual investors.
